My Favorite Brands of Smoked Sausage
Aidells: One of my favorite brands due to their variety of flavors. My favorites are Chicken & Apple and Cajun Andouille.
Hillshire Farm: The U-shaped sausage is a classic I grew up on. It's easy to find and comes in flavors like Cajun Style Andouille, Chicken Hardwood, Polska Kielbasa, and Turkey Smoked. For this recipe, just cut it into 4 pieces before air frying.
Store Brand: Don't skip your store's brand! They're often just as tasty and come in a wide range of flavors.

To satisfy my crew I did all of these at once. The children and I wanted potatoes, but hubby wanted his on bread. Hubby's roll toasted during the preheat. Then while the potatoes cooked I prepped the sausage - one long piece for hubby and the rest sliced since it cooks at same temp/time. The chikdren wanted their meat plain, but when it came out I served mine with barbecue sauce. Everyone was satisfied. This story had a happy ending. Thank you very much
