Smoked Sausage in a Bun 4 fully cooked smoked sausage links about 3-4oz each 4 hot dog buns Toppings: mustard relish, ect. BBQ Kielbasa 14 ounces of smoked kielbasa sausage or smoked turkey sausage 2-4 tablespoons of your favorite bbq sauce With Potatoes 1 lb golden potatoes 14 oz smoked kielbasa sausage Cut into ½ inch pieces chunks 2 Tablespoons olive oil ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Smoked Sausage in a Bun Preheat the air fryer to 375F.
Place sausage in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes
Add buns in there for the last 2-3 minutes
Let sausage rest for 3 minutes
BBQ Kielbasa Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
Cut sausage into ½" pieces. Toss with bbq sauce and place in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 7-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Serve with more bbq sauce.
With Potatoes Preheat the air fryer to 375F.
Cut potatoes quarters. Add them to a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes, until they are soft and start to brown.
Shake the air fryer basket. Add sliced sausage and cook for another 8-10 minutes or until they begin to brown.
