Ingredients & Substitutions
Fully Cooked Kielbasa: Any brand of smoked kielbasa works here (pork, beef, turkey, or chicken).
Sauces (Optional) - BBQ sauce, honey mustard, or teriyaki sauce. These are all great sausages to add to your sausage or dip in after eating.
My Favorite Brands of Smoked Sausage
Hillshire Farm: The classic U-shaped sausage I grew up on. It's easy to find and comes in lots of flavors. My favorites are Cajun Style Andouille, Chicken Hardwood, Polska Kielbasa, and Turkey Smoked.
Aidells: Great for bold flavors. I love their Chicken & Apple and Cajun Andouille.
Eckrich: A little milder in flavor, but still smoky and satisfying.
Store Brand: Don't overlook your grocery store's brand. They're often surprisingly good and come in a wide variety of flavors.
