How to make Mini Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a large bowl mix together ground beef, an egg, garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Shape the mixture into 50 meatballs and place them on a large sheet pan. For equal sized meatballs use a ½ tablespoon to scoop out the meat.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional
- 2 tablespoon plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon table salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
