    Mini Meatballs

    Mini Meatballs made with garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. I love to add these to spaghetti and soup. They also make for a great pizza topping or pair it with sauce for an appetizer.

    How to make Mini Meatballs

    • Preheat oven to 400F
    • In a large bowl mix together ground beef, an egg, garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
    • Shape the mixture into 50 meatballs and place them on a large sheet pan. For equal sized meatballs use a ½ tablespoon to scoop out the meat.
    • Cook for 25-30 minutes

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 pound lean ground beef
    • 1 large egg
    • 2 garlic cloves minced
    • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional
    • 2 tablespoon plain breadcrumbs
    • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
    • ½ teaspoon table salt
    • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
    • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

    Instructions
