Mini Meatballs
I love to add these mini meatballs to spaghetti and soup. They also make for a great pizza topping or pair it with sauce for an appetizer.

Ingredients

pound
lean ground beef
1
large egg
2
garlic cloves
minced
3
tablespoons
grated Parmesan cheese
optional

tablespoon
plain breadcrumbs
1
tablespoon
Italian seasoning
½
teaspoon
table salt
¼
teaspoon
ground pepper
¼
teaspoon
ground nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F
In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients.
Shape mixture into 50 meatballs and place them on a large sheet pan. For equal sized meatballs use a ½ tablespoon to scoop out the meat.
Cook for 25-30 minutes
Notes
I used my
Light Alfredo Sauce
on the pasta pictured above.
