🧀 Substitutions
Secrest Sauce: I've heard that Mcdonald's secret sauce is very similar to thousand island dressing, but not exactly the same. To make the secret sauce using Thousand Island dressing, mix together 2 tablespoons of mayo with ⅓ cup of thousand island dressing to make the secret sauce using Thousand Island dressing. I haven't tried it, so let me know if you do!
Cheese: I used American cheese to get that nostalgic taste, and it melts perfectly. If you don't want to use American cheese, you could substitute it for cheddar cheese or any mild cheese you have on hand.
