I love chicken sausage right now. I think it’s the superior sausage. They come in so many flavors, are easy to cook, and aren’t greasy like some other sausages. Oh, and they are also healthier than pork sausage. Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan with Honey Mustard is a total winner.

This honey mustard sauce is so good. It’s not too strong, not too sweet, and not too spicy. It’s just perfection in a jar. I love to slather it on everything. Like this cobb salad.

Brussel Sprouts: you can swap out brussels sprouts for broccoli or radishes
Potato: You can swap out potatoes for sweet potatoes or butternut squash
Carrots: You can swap out carrots for butternut squash or parsnips.
Olive Oil: You can use olive oil or any kind of oil you have on hand.
Salt & Pepper
Honey Mustard: In the recipe, I tell you how to make homemade honey mustard, which I think is amazing, but you can also buy premade honey mustard dressing from the store.

🔪 How to Make This Sheet Pan Dinner
- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Place sliced chicken sausage, brussel sprouts, diced potatoes, and carrots onto a sheet pan. Toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
- While it cooks, mix together all the honey mustard ingredients.
- Brush the sausage and veggies with the honey mustard sauce. Bake for another 5-10 more minutes

This also makes are really great meal prep. Store any leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

- 12 oz cooked chicken sausage sliced
- 6 oz brussel sprouts cut in half
- 1 potato skinned and diced
- 3 carrots sliced in half and then cut into 2" pieces

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Honey Mustard
- 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
