Should I add some chicken broth if using rotisserie chicken?
Megan says
That will depend on how juicy your chicken is. Use 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning for every 1 cup of shredded chicken. If the chicken looks dry or the seasoning isn't sticking, add one tablespoon of broth or water until the seasoning coats the chicken.

Thanks for this post!! Can I use Italian seasoning if I donโt have oregano?
Megan says
If you don't have oregano, omit it from the recipe. Avoid using Italian seasoning as some spices may not blend well.

Great recipe! The perfect taco seasoning mix for use on ground turkey or beef! I added a pinch of cornstarch to boil it down into the meat at the end like a bought taco packet. Perfection!
Peter Boever says
Just what I'm looking for in a taco mix. Used pure Hatch chili powder, kept everything else the same, but added a 1/4 t of corn starch. I like to add a bit of broth or water after browning the beef and the cornstarch just binds that seasoning to the meat really nicely.
