Ground Beef - 85% ground beef offers the perfect balance of flavor and tenderness for a juicy meatloaf. You can also use anywhere from 80%-90% ground beef.
Egg - Helps bind the meatloaf together and keeps it moist.
Milk - Adds moisture to the mixture; any type of milk works well.
Panko Bread Crumbs - Help bind the meatloaf and maintain its moisture. You can substitute regular breadcrumbs if needed, but panko gives it a lighter texture.
Worcestershire Sauce - Adds a savory depth to the flavor. You can substitute soy sauce for a similar taste.
Seasoning - I used Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Feel free to substitute with other herbs or spices like onion powder or paprika to suit your taste.
Meatloaf Glaze – The glaze combines ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, black pepper, and garlic powder for a delicious finish. You can also use ½ cup of BBQ sauce for a different twist.

BBQ sauce or a mixture of tomato paste with brown sugar make great substitutes for the classic ketchup glaze.
