These Air Fryer Chicken Flautas have chicken, bell peppers, green chilies, and cheese rolled in a crispy tortilla. Make a batch for now, and freeze a batch for later!

Ingredients
2cupsshredded chicken
1cupMonterey jack cheese
1red bell pepperdiced
8ozcanned diced green chilies
¼cupsour cream
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonchipotle chili powderoptional- will add a little spice
12flour tortillasfajita sized 6”
oil spray
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400F
Mix ingredients together in a bowl
Place 1/12 of the mixture down the center of a tortilla and roll it up tightly.
Place flaunts in the air fryer, about 1 inch apart, and spray generously with oil. You may have to work in batches.
Cook for 4-7 minutes, or until the tortilla starts to brown.
Notes
If only the edges of the tortilla are browning you need to spray the flautas with more oil the tortilla cooks evenly. Freeze Them for Later: Freeze the flautas in a large plastic bag for up to 3 months. When you are ready to eat them, preheat the air fryer to 350F. Spray the Flauntas with oil and cook for 9-12 minutes.
