Ingredients
1cupfresh pineapplefinely diced, about ¼ of a pineapple
1cupfresh mangofinely diced, about 3 mangos
½cupred bell pepperfinely chopped, about ½ of a bell pepper
¼cupred onionfinely chopped, about ¼ of an onion
¼cupfresh cilantrochopped
1jalapeñoseeded and finely diced*
¼teaspoontable salt
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and salt. Gently toss all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
For the best flavor, let the salsa sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together.

*Since we removed the seeds, the salsa has a very mild spice level. Keep some seeds for more spice.This salsa can be made up to a day in advance.
