This Jalapeño Popper Dip is a crowd pleaser. The recipe has cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, and green onions.

16oz.bacon
8oz.full fat cream cheeseat room temperature*
1 ½cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheesedivided
1cupfull fat sour cream
½cupjalapeños, seeds remove and dicedabout 3 jalapeños
⅓cupgreen onions, thinly sliceddivided
crackers or tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400F. Arrange the bacon in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crispy. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, patting off excess grease. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
Reduce the oven to 350F.
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, most of the diced jalapeños, half of the sliced green onions, and most of the chopped bacon. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese, jalapeños, green onions, and bacon.
Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and the dip is warm.
Notes
You can prepare the dip the day before your party and refrigerate it overnight. When ready to serve, bake at 350F for 25 minutes. *If you forget to soften the cream cheese before mixing everything together, you can cut the cream cheese into cubes and microwave them for 10-20 seconds or until they reach a soft, mixable consistency.
