Ingredients
2poundsYukon Gold or Russet Potatoes
2tablespoonsolive oil
½teaspoontable salt
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonground pepper
½teaspoonpaprika
pinchcayenne pepperoptional, for spice
Instructions
Wash the potatoes. If you are using russet potatoes, peel them. Slice into ¼-inch thick rounds.
Place the potato slices in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss until all the slices are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Preheat your air fryer to 400F for a few minutes. Add potato slices and cook for 25-28 minutes. Shake every 10 minutes.
Notes
Try to cut the potatoes as uniformly as possible so they all cook evenly.Don't make them any smaller than ¼ inch. You'll be getting into chip territory at that point.
