Ingredients
1 ½poundsboneless skinless chicken breasts*
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
1tablespoonolive oil
½cupbuffalo sauce
6burrito-sized tortillas
2-3cupsshredded lettuce
1 ½cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1-2tomatoessliced
3green onionssliced
⅓cupcilantro
½cupranch dressing
Instructions
Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place it on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Let the chicken cool slightly, then shred it with two forks and transfer it to a bowl.
Mix shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a bowl.
Lay a tortilla flat. Add ⅓ cup of lettuce, ½ cup of buffalo chicken, two tablespoons of cheese, a few slices of tomatoes, sliced green onions, cilantro, and a drizzle of ranch on top of the tortilla.
