flatbreads
I used Stonefire flatbreads

tablespoons
olive oil

garlic cloves
minced
1 ½-2
cups
shredded mozzarella
2-3
tomatoes
thinly sliced

basil leaves
cut into strips
Balsamic glaze
for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
Top evenly with mozzarella and tomato slices.
Bake for 8–12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
Garnish with basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Slice and serve.
