Ingredients
25-ounce canstuna in water, drained
6tablespoonsCaesar dressingdivided (plus more for serving)
3cupsromaine lettucechopped
2largeflour tortillas
⅓cupgrape tomatoeshalved
½cupshredded Parmesan cheese
½cupcroutonscrushed, optional
Instructions
Toss chopped romaine with 3 tablespoons of Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
Lay out the tortillas and divide the lettuce evenly between them.
In a medium bowl, mix the drained tuna with the remaining 3 tablespoons of Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
Divide the tuna between the tortillas, then top each with cherry tomatoes, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, and croutons (lightly crush the croutons first if you prefer smaller pieces).
Fold in the sides, then roll tightly like a burrito. Repeat with the second wrap. Serve immediately with chips or fruit. Add extra dressing on the side if desired.
