Ingredients
8ouncesfull-fat cream cheesesoftened to room temperature
4ounceswhipped toppinglike Cool Whip or Ready Whip (about 1 ½ cups)
1cupconfectioners' powdered sugar
¼cupsour cream
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
Dipperslike Graham Crackers, Vanilla Wafers, Apple Slices, strawberries, Pretzels, Oreos
Instructions
Combine the cream cheese, whipped topping, confectioners' sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Scoop the cheesecake dip into your serving dish. I like using wide shallow dipes like pie dishes.
Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to serve. It can be made up to 1 day in advance. If your dip has been in the fridge for a few hours, take it out of the fridge at least 15 minutes before serving to make it easier to dip into.
Notes
