Ingredients
25 oz-canAlbacore tuna drained
3tablespoonslight mayo
4teaspoonsfresh dillfinely chopped
2teaspoonsfresh parsleyfinely chopped
2teaspoonsgreen onionsfinely chopped
½teaspoonyellow mustard
saltto taste
1largetomatosliced
4leavesromaine or green leaf lettuce
2-4slicessourdough breadcut large slices in half
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, dill, parsley, green onions, and mustard until well combined.
Taste and season with salt as needed.
Layer lettuce and tomato slices on one slice of bread. Spoon tuna salad on top, then add the second slice of bread.

Make ahead: You can make the tuna salad up to 3 days ahead and refrigerate it in an airtight container. It will actually taste better the next day! Add-ins: For a little crunch, mix in diced celery or pickles. For a more savory sandwich, add 2-3 slices of bacon.
