2cupscooked shredded chicken
1 ½cupscheddar cheese
1cupnonfat plain greek yogurt
½cupFrank’s Red Hot Sauce
2teaspoonsranch seasoning
1teaspooncorn starch
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
3Green onions for garnishoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In an 8x8 pan, mix all the ingredients besides ½ cup of cheddar cheese and green onions.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 25 mins.
Garnish with green onions and serve with chips or toasted slices of bread.
Notes
Add Blue Cheese: When mixing the dip, mix in half a cup of cheddar cheese and ½ cup of blue cheese. Top the dip with ½ cup cheddar cheese and a few blue cheese crumbs. You can leave out the ranch seasoning if you want.
