1teaspoonblack pepper

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the bacon in a single layer. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until crispy to your liking. Check around 15 minutes to prevent the bacon from burning. Once done, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
While the bacon cooks, slice the onion, tomato, and lettuce.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with salt and pepper. Mash until smooth.
In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the creamy pepper sauce. Stir until smooth.
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape each into a 5-inch patty, about ¼-inch thick. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side for well-done burgers. For safety, ensure the internal temperature reaches 160F, as recommended by the USDA.
After cooking, transfer the burgers to a plate and top each with a slice of cheddar cheese. The heat from the patty will melt the cheese.
While the burgers cook, toast the burger buns in a separate skillet or under the broiler until lightly golden.
To make your burger, layer the bacon, patty, tomato slices, onion slices, creamy pepper sauce, and mashed avocado.
