Thai Chicken Noodles made with a sweet and spicy sauce, peanuts, chicken, and ramen noodles. This super easy Thai Chicken Noodles whips up in less than 30 minutes and is bursting with flavor.
In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients (garlic through siracha), set aside.
Cook ramen as directed. Once done, set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook till chicken has browned and any excess liquid has evaporated. Add soy sauce mixture to the skillet, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for one minute or until the sauce has thickened slightly. Add noodles to the pan, tossing till evenly coated. Top with lime juice.
