Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon smoky paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ancho chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, red wine vinegar, and spices until everythign is well mixed together.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the meat, breaking it into small pieces.
  • Cook until all the liquid has evaporated and the chicken has cooked through for about 9 minutes.
