Easy Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

These Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders have shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and ranch seasoning smushed in between a Hawaiian roll!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon chopped
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 package of Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 small tomatoes thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, chopped bacon, red onion, mayo, and ranch seasoning.
  • Cut the loaf of rolls in half so there is a top and bottom. Place the bottom half on the prepared baking sheet. Place sliced tomatoes on the buns, then add the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and add the top half of the buns.
  • Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Cover the rolls loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for 8 minutes or until lightly golden.
