Ingredients

  • cup olive oil
  • cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1- 1 ½ pounds of chicken breast
  • ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions

  • In a large bowl whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt until the oil and vinegar have fully combined. Add chicken, toss it around so it’s fully covered in the marinade, then cover the bowl and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to 5 hours.
  • In a small dish mix together the Italian seasoning, garlic, and onion powder,
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Add chicken to the air fryer basket. Cover chicken with half of the seasoning. Then cook for 8 minutes. Flip and sprinkle on the rest of the seasoning. Cook for another 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
