Ingredients

  • ½ cup Frozen peach
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup frozen pears or canned
  • 1 cup of coconut water or regular water
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

If you can’t find frozen peaches use canned peaches.
Flax meal thickens the smoothie as it sits. If you don’t plan on drinking the smoothie right away, add a few more tablespoons of water.
