Ingredients

  • 1-1.25 lbs thinly sliced chicken breast about 4- 5 pieces
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Mix together olive oil and spices in a small bowl.
  • Pat chicken dry and coat in seasoned olive oil.
  • Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray. Place chicken on the pan
  • Bake for 9-11 or until the internal temperature reaches 165F
