Dutch Oven Carnitas

Lets make an easy & tasty dinner... you can use carnitas in your enchiladas, tacos, or quesadillas



Cut your pork shoulder into 1.5 to 2-inch pieces.

Step 1

Mix together all of your ingredients, except for the oil, in a dutch oven. Bake for 2 hours.

Step 2

Shred the carnitas with a fork. To crisp the pork fry in a skillet with a little bit of oil.

Step 3

Make into a taco, quesadilla, enchilada, or burrito!!  (also really good in eggs!)
