pepper, salt, bay leaves

vinegar

beef  broth

carrots

potatoes

Coat beef in flour, then brown in dutch oven. Work in batches.

Step 1

Add broth, vinegar, and bay leaves to the pot. Then cook for one hour.

Step 2

While the meat cooks, cut the vegetables, add them to the pot and cook for another 45 minutes.

Step 3

Season with salt & pepper. Top with parsley for extra flavor!
