The Easy Secret to Fluffy Pancakes

It's almond milk!

There is a super simple ingredient that to make you're pancakes lighter and fluffier 

Since almond milk has a higher water content than regular milk, the pancakes will produce more bubbles and be fluffier. 



- all-purpose flour - granulated sugar - baking powder - salt - an egg - almond milk - oil vegetable, or   canola - vanilla extract



1. Mix dry ingredients    in a bowl 2. make a well in the    middle and mix in    wet ingredients 3. Pour 1/4 cup of    batter onto a skillet      over medium heat.  4. Once you see a lot    of bubbles flip and    cook until golden. 


Don’t flip too soon. Wait until you see a lot of bubbles, like the picture below, before you flip
