Almond Milk Pancakes

- 30 minutes - 8 ingredients (that I   always have) - they are the lightest   and fluffiest   pancakes

- all-purpose flour - granulated sugar - baking powder - salt - an egg - almond milk - oil vegetable, or   canola - vanilla extract

1. Mix dry ingredients    in a bowl 2. Make a well in the    middle and mix in    wet ingredients 3. Pour 1/4 cup of    batter onto a skillet      over medium heat.  4. Once you see a lot    of bubbles flip and    cook until golden. 

Tip

Since almond milk was a higher water content than regular milk, the pancakes will have more bubbles pop up when you cook them.

Tip

Don’t flip too soon. Wait until you see a lot of bubbles, like the picture below, before you flip
