Steak Pinwheels

Lets go all out for dinner... these steak pinwheels aren't too bad with only six ingredients.



Butterfly the steak and pound it till it's about 1/4 inch thick.

Season both sides with salt and pepper. Spread pesto, cheese and spinach on it.

 Roll the as tightly as you can. Secure it and make 7-9 pinwheels.

Step 3

Sear pinwheels on each side then bake for 10-20 minutes.

Step 4


Cook pinwheels to 125F for rare and 160F for well done.
