Homemade Chicken Chorizo

Chicken Chorizo is a healthier alternative to pork chorizo.  It’s great for tacos, quesadillas and scrambled eggs.

ground chicken

spices

olive oil

red wine vinegar

Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet. Once hot add chicken.

Step 2

Cook for about 9 minutes.

Step 3

Make chorizo tacos, add it to your eggs, or use is as an alternative to pork chorizo!
