Ground Turkey Teriyaki Rice Bowl

Cook rice as directed

Step 1


 If you are sensitive to salt, don’t add any to your rice. The saltiness of the teriyaki sauce may be enough.

Combine the teriyaki sauce ingredients together and set aside.

Step 2

Cook ground turkey over medium heat until brown.

Step 3

Add your vegetables to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, then add teriyaki sauce and cook for 4-6 more minutes.

Step 4

Add ¼ of the rice and ground turkey teriyaki to a bowl.
