Easy Lemon & Pea Pasta



- orecchiette   pasta - frozen peas - mint leaves - lemon juice - butter - grated pecorino   romano - black pepper

Cook pasta as directed on packaging. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.

Step 1

Add the butter, ¼ cup of the pasta water, and cheese.

Step 2

Mix until a creamy sauce has formed.

Step 3

Mix the peas (warmed up in the microwave), mint, and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
