Easy Buffalo Chicken Bites

- 30 minutes - 7 ingredients  - pair with salad,  mac & cheese, or  fries

Lets make an easy dinner...


▢ 1 lb. chicken breasts  ▢ 2 tbsp. flour ▢ 2 tbsp. olive oil ▢ 1 ½ tbsp. butter  ▢ ¼ cup Frank's Hot    Sauce ▢ 1 teaspoon white     vinegar ▢ 1 garlic clove

Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and dry them with a paper towel. Toss in salt and flour.

Step 1

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer.

Step 2

Cook until the chicken has browned on the bottom, about 4 minutes, and then flip each piece. Cook for 3 more minutes.

Step 3

Add butter, hot sauce, vinegar, and minced garlic to the skillet. Toss together until the buffalo sauce has come together and coats the chicken.
