Dutch Oven Beef Stew

Step 1:  Toss the beef in flour until it's well coated

Step 2:  Heat oil in a large pot. Add the beef. Brown the pieces of beef on all sides.

Step 3:  Add vinegar, broth, bay leaves, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a slow simmer and cove. Cook for 1 hour.

Step 4:  Add the potatoes and veggies. Bring it back to a simmer and cover.  Cook until vegetables are tender, about 45 minutes.

Season with salt & pepper. Top with parsley for extra flavor!
