Chicken Chorizo Tacos

Chicken Chorizo is a healthier alternative to pork chorizo.  This is an easy way to up your taco night game!

olive oil

red wine vinegar

Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet. Once hot add chicken. Cook for about 9 minutes.

Step 2

Make chorizo tacos! Top them with sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce.
