American Goulash

- ground beef - onion - bell pepper - garlic - olive oil - beef broth - tomato sauce - diced tomatoes - macaroni  - Worcestershire    sauce - spices - sheddar sheese

Cook onion, bell pepper, and ground beef in a large skillet. Add in garlic and cook until fragrant

Step 1:  Cook Beef and Veggies

Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning, and uncooked macaroni noodles. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 12-15 minutes.

Step 2:  Cook Pasta:

Once the pasta is done, stir in the cheese, and Salt and Pepper to taste.

Step 3:  Add Cheese & Season


Make sure to stir the pasta every 3-5 minutes to prevent it from sticking. If the Slumgullion starts to look a bit dry, add ¼ cup of beef broth or water to the pot.
