Ingredients
- ½ cup mango
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup pineapple
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
Flax meal thickens the smoothie as it sits. If you don't plan on drinking the smoothie right away, add a few more tablespoons of water.
