    This Tropical Mango Pineapple Smoothie is a fun way to start your morning. It's made with mango, pineapple, orange juice, and flaxseed.

    Meal prep this smoothie

    Packaging all your smoothie ingredients into reusable freezer bags makes these smoothies that much easier to make in the morning. They will be so easy to make, having a smoothie every day will be a no-brainer.

    Add the frozen mango, pineapple, and flax meal into each bag and store in the freezer for up to 3 months when you are ready to make your smoothie add orange juice, water, and the pre-packed fruit to the blender.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup mango
    • ½ cup orange juice
    • ¾ cup water
    • ½ cup pineapple
    • 1 tablespoon flax meal

    Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Notes

    Flax meal thickens the smoothie as it sits. If you don't plan on drinking the smoothie right away, add a few more tablespoons of water.
