This Pineapple Peach Smoothie will brighten up your morning.


Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup Frozen peach
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup frozen pears, or canned
  • 1 cup of coconut water, or regular water
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


If you can’t find frozen peaches use canned peaches.

Flax meal thickens the smoothie as it sits. If you don’t plan on drinking the smoothie right away, add a few more tablespoons of water.
