Mini Meatballs

I love to add these mini meatballs to spaghetti and soup. They also make for a great pizza topping or pair it with sauce for an appetizer.

  • Total Time: 50 minutes
  • Yield: 50 meatballs 1x


Units Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese ( optional)
  • 2 tablespoon plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg


  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients.
  3. Shape mixture into 50 meatballs and place them on a large sheet pan. For equal sized meatballs use a ½ tablespoon to scoop out the meat.
  4. Cook for 25-30 minutes


I used my Light Alfredo Sauce on the pasta pictured above.
