Jerk Shrimp with Rice and Beans

Simple and healthy Jerk Shrimp with Rice and Beans. Spicy and full of flavor, this meal will not disappoint. A taste of the Caribbean is just 30 minutes away.

I love to travel through food. Even though it 20 degrees and there is a foot of snow outside, I can imagine I’m on a warm sunny beach. The sound of crystal blue waves crashing into the golden sandy shore is in the distance, and I’m enjoying my bowl of Jerk Shrimp with Rice and Beans (or rice and peas as the locals call it).
