Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt

Inspired by Chicken Salad Chick’s Classic Carol, this Chicken Salad is a quick and easy healthy lunch. I swapped out a lot of the mayo with Greek yogurt and added a few more spices to make this a great balanced lunch.


Units Scale
  • 2 cups shredded chicken, about 1.25 pounds
  • 1/2 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon mayo*
  • 1/4 cup finely minced celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper, AND dill


  1. Chop your shredded chicken into small pieces. Smaller pieces help make the chicken salad smoother.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix all of your ingredients together.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.


If you dont want to use mayo, you can swap it out for 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
