Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos

These Shrimp tacos are easy to make, healthy, and only take 30 minutes. Perfect for your next taco night!

Quick Pickled Veggies

  • 2 cups Napa cabbage- thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 16 oz uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Chipotle Sauce

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, about 1/2 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika


  • 8 Corn or flour tortillas
  • Lime
  • Cilantro



  1. In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients for quick pickled veggies. Make sure the veggies are coated in vinegar. Set aside to marinate while you make the rest of the food. Toss every few minutes to ensure the vinegar evenly coats the vegetables.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Add all the ingredients for shrimp to a large bowl. Gently toss till the shrimp are well coated. Place shrimp in the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  3. While the shrimp cook, mix all the ingredients for the chipotle sauce together.
  4. To assemble the tacos, add pickled veggies to your warm tortilla, and top with shrimp and chipotle sauce. Garnish with cilantro and lime juice if you want.
